I've never heard of restricted activity before the transfer. How long before do they want you to stop?

I worked out really hard before the FET since I knew I would be restricted afterward.
Beautiful Miracle Baby lost at 21 weeks due to pre-term labor and incompetent cervix. FET#1 BFN, FET#2 BFP, early loss. FET#3 BFN. IVF#2 BFFN. FET #4 BFP after removing bilateral hydrosalpinx and 3 months of lupron depot. Sticky Bun is here!!

Ditto - I did this up until transfer and then did nothing during my 2ww (my choice, not doctor ordered). I actually didn't do anything for the first tri (again my choice) but then resumed yoga/light cardio and do that daily.
TTC since April 2009
dx = PCOS;
TTC History for DS - A FET miracle after 7 IUIs; 2 fresh transfers, and 1 other FET resulted in BFNs.
Hoping and Praying for baby #2:
Cycle 1 - FET; November 2012 BFN
Next Steps - who knows?
My transfer is on August 25 and they told me to stop exercising on Monday, so two weeks prior? I've been trying to be as healthy as possible prior to the transfer, so it is kind of throwing a wrench in things.
Re: Did you work out before FET?
I had no restrictions prior to my transfer. In fact, I had a personal training session the day before my transfer.
but, afterward, I took it easy and kept to light walking.
Because we're fancy like that.
