 My husband and I have done 3 IUI cycles with 100mg of femara and the hcg trigger shot with no such luck. My RE decided to increase of some things and add Follistim to the mix(100mg) for our 4 IUI which we did yesterday and I had a three follicles, one more than I normally have. I was wondering if any of you ladies gotten pregnant when you were placed on stronger medicine or changed your medicine. I'm hoping this is the cycle for us!!! I'm so badly want to be pregnant and of course I have 4 friends that all got KU within months of starting to TTC.

    I did. You can see the stats in my siggy. It was my first injectable cycle, first IUI. I also had 3 follicles. Good luck!

    I had more IUI's than most (see siggy) but it was an injectable cycle that worked for us. (Higher dosage than previous times) Best of luck!

    I had 5 IUI's. It was the fifth and second IUI on follistim that worked. Along with a ovidrel trigger! Good luck!!!
