Hello I am wondering how you girls keep order in your home...I have a 10 month old daughter a 9 year old daughter and a 4 yr old niece....I find it hard to have motivation at times and I am not so organized...how can I make it exciting for all to engage in something fun?

Let me know if you figure out how to make organizing exciting and fun.
For housework, I bought the Motivated Moms scheduler. It has helped considerably. I also meal plan on Sundays and only shop once a week. For the kids, we have a weekly schedule during the school year of activities (mom's group, storytime, playdates, dance class, etc.), things are a little looser in the summer.
