I felt my first "is that movement or not?" feeling at 19w. Over the next week or two it became much more obvious that it really was fetal movement I was feeling. I felt it low in my groin, baby has never been very high for me. It wasn't flutters like some people describe... mine felt more like a dropping feeling, almost like when you go over a country hill really fast in your car and your stomach drops a little... that's the best I can describe it! lol

I might have felt like bubbles popping a few times around 16-17 weeks but couldn't really be certain. My first that is really movement feeling was around 18 or so weeks and it felt like thumping. About a week later (19w) I could see movement from the outside and DH could even feel the big kicks.
ETA: I felt them right below my belly button (about an inch below) ... right in the center. Now I feel and see movement in the same area but more the size of a softball.

Mine started over the weekend and the best I can describe it is like popcorn popping - but just one kernel. It's happening below my belly button (like, as I've popped out my navel is starting to move perpendicular to the floor - and it feels like it's straight below that). It is definitely a different feeling than a bubbly gas feeling.
I felt a pretty strong "pop" driving home yesterday in the car - I don't think baby likes the seatbelt : )
Married 08.06 Started TTC 05.08 Me: Stage II endo, borderline high FSH DH: perfect 1 lap, 5 IUIs = 4 BFNs and 1 c/p 2 IVFs, 2 FETs = 1 BFN, 1 c/p, 1 ectopic and finally a sticky BFP in May 2011!

I felt my first flutter around 15 weeks about an inch under my belly button. My little guy sits super low so I always feel him very low. As he is growing I am starting to feel jabs and kicks under my rib cage as well.

I have one baby reallly low, and the other one realllly high, so I feel them all over the place.
This and for several weeks now. It's mostly little flutters, like butterflies, but one made me sit up in bed recently. They are very active...
