We've been bumping up bedtime in 15min intervals lately since she seems to be getting tired earlier. What time does your 7 month old go to bed or do you start the whole bedtime routine?

p will be 7 months in a few days but we usually start the bedtime routine around 6, he gets a bath, gets dressed for bed, we feed him around 6:30 & he's usually in bed around 7pm.

We usually head upstairs around 6:30 or 6:45, and he's in bed anywhere between 7 and 8 (usually no later than 7:30), depending on whether it's a bath night or not.

She is not 7 months anymore - but our routine has been the same for a couple months now. We get ready for bed right before 7pm and she is in bed by 7:30pm.
We go by sleepy cues. LO usually enters night-time sleep mode anywhere from 8-11. (Night-time sleep= just wakes to eat, then goes back to sleep without wanting to play). He does take evening naps, but he'll wake and play after those. We don't any bed routine other than swaddling his arms.
Well he used to go to bed about 7:15-7:30 but lately its gotten later like 8:30 and he wakes up about 6:30-7. He is still waking up @ the same time, lol, i wishing that since he was staying up an hour later that he might sleep in alil bit but thats not the case.
We usually start our routine at 8 and he sleeps from 8:30 PM until 7:30 AM. For the past 3 or 4 days, he has been going down at 7 o'clock, so I may need to push his bedtime routine up to 6:30.
My LO goes to bed anywhere between 7:30p and 8:30p depending on how tired he is. But on average he's asleep by 8:00p. He gets a bath about 7:00p, his last bottle after the bath, and then bed time after the bottle.

Usually around 8 or 8:30 depending on the day. He's up for the day at 7:30 but wakes once before then about half the time.
And he usually takes two 2-hour naps or three shorter ones during the day. I just go by his cues.
