I'm so exhausted! I don't really feel like doing much of anything, but my 2 year old is full of energy! I feel bad that I am not as active with him, but I'm having a hard time! Any natural energy boosters that work for you? Any other tips to survive?
I'm looking forward to the fatigue passing!
Re: Those pg with #2 or more- how are you dealing with fatigue/no energy?
Sorry I have no advice on this. But I did want you to know that you have some company in the no energy and energetic child who just doesn't understand "mommy wants to nap".
I once had a picture until the trolls showed up.

I'm lucky, in that my son still USUALLY takes two naps a day, so I can nap when he naps most of the time. But his birthday is this weekend, so I've been using at least one of the nap times to clean a room while he's out of the way and it's killing me. I can't wait until Saturday is over so I can let the house get messy again and sleep.
But I do try to go to bed early so I get more sleep at night and that helps a little bit. And I've noticed the more I play with him, the better I feel. So If I feel like I'm really dragging I lay on the floor and let him crawl on me, and that leads to tickling and crawl chasing and all that, so I get into it and I either forget the fatigue or I actually get more energy. either way I feel better.
This. Just trying to soldier through. My 3 1/2 year old no longer naps so I can't nap either. But I try to go to bed as quickly as I can at night and I hate to admit it but we've been watching a lot of TV in our house lately.

This, except I can't seem to go to bed earlier than 11! My kids are usually up around 7 though, so it could be worse. Luckily they both nap around the same time, so I nap when they nap if I need to!
