West Chester/Malvern/Glen Mills PT Daycare Recs

My daughter is at an in-home daycare right now and when she turns 2 or so I'd like to have her attend a more structured/educational daycare facility part-time. That way she can slowly adjust to "school". Does anyone have any recommendations in the West Chester/Glen Mills/Malvern area that offers part-time and is reasonably priced?

Thanks!

  • I work for Warwick Child Care Center in the Pottstown area.  We have a center in the Malvern area & one in the Lionville area.  Both are Keystone STAR 4 centers.  They offer part-time care, unfortunately I do not know the prices off the top of my head.  The Creative Curriculum is used in the classrooms as well as the PA Early Learning Standards.  We try to keep up or ahead of what PA is requiring.  I used to work at the Malvern center, it is small and homey.  I loved it there!  I transferred "home" about 7 years ago.  My baby will be going to the Warwick center in Pottstown (not my center though).   I know they will receive the best care!!!

  • There is a cute little place in Glen Mills area. Are you familar with Cheney Road? It connects route 926 and route 1.  I think it is called Ardvark daycare.  Very cute. Dont know much else about it but i drive past all the time on the way to Brinton Lake shopping area.
