Hello Ladies,

 I hope everyone is doing well.  I just wanted to introduce myself.  My name is Emily and I am 27 weeks pregnant with our first child.  My husband recently excepted a position in Franklin so we're getting ready to make the big move.  To my relief I have already found a doctor. :)  I was so worried no one would want to take a 27 week pregnant lady.  Does anyone have any recommendations for day care in Franklin? I would really appreciate any suggestions.  Anyway, I look forward to getting to know you ladies.

    To one Emily from another, welcome!  I don't know much about Franklin - is your husband working for the college?

    Welcome to Indiana!  Where are you coming from?  As I've recently moved here myself (from Illinois), I have no idea where Franklin is.  Good luck!
    TTC #1 since October 2008. Dealing with MFI.
    IVF #1 w ICSI in July 2010 = BFN
    IVF #2.1 in Oct 2010 converted to IUI = BFN
    IVF #2.2 w ICSI in Dec 2010 = BFN
    Met with new RE in new city on 1/31/11.
    IVF #3 w ICSI in April 2011. HPT on 5/9 = BFP!
    Beta #1 on 5/10 (10dp5dt) = 99.4. Beta #2 on 5/12 = 284. First u/s on 5/26. = Fraternal TWINS!
    Twin boys born & lost on 8/16/11 at 18w1d due to PPROM & preterm labor.
    IVF #4.1 in Jan 2012 converted to IUI on 1/7/12 = BFN
    IVF #4.2 w ICSI in Feb 2012. Lupron on 2/10. Stims on 2/18. ER on 2/29- 7R,6F
    ET scheduled for 3/5/12- nothing to transfer :(
    Dh seeing new MFI uro & Dh starting meds- June 2012.
    IVF #5 in Dec 2012 = BFFN.
    IVF #6 planned for Spring 2013. Praying for our take home baby/ies.

    Welcome! I'm not sure how much Amy B. lurks on here these days but she just started her job as a professor at Franklin College. She may know people with kids down there who could recommend a day care. It's not a terribly big town, so my guess is there are a handful of "good" places unless you plan to live outside of town like in Greenwood or something. Best of luck and hope you can stick around the board!

    Thanks Ladies.  I am relocating from Columbus, Ohio.  I hate to say it, but I am bummed that my baby will not be born a Buckeye like it's Mommy, lol.  We're team green and the poor baby gets called "it" a lot, but with love. :)  Indianapolis doesn't seem to be too much different than Columbus, in fact, lots of people tell me they like Indy better.  It is a scary change, but we're looking forward to our new adventure.

    Welcome and congrats!  We moved here last year when I was 7.5 months pregnant.  Thankfully, I think OBs don't bat an eye at taking over the care of someone who's already very pregnant.  I don't know anything about Franklin, other than the fact that my cousin went to school there.  Hopefully someone on this board can help you out!
