HI Ladies.. I am looking into getting a baby jogger. Now I am torn between the elite, the city mini and the summit. I originally wanted the mini for the light weight.... but now, I am thinking if I am walking on trails... paved, but bumpy, if that would be a good option. I really only want one stroller. Advice? DD is currently in her infant carrier with a snap and go.

I have the CM and the Summit XC - both strollers are fantastic!
The Summit XC is awesome for trails, dirt, and snow, and it's my jogging stroller so I use it for running... BUT it is a lot more difficult to take in the car (but not any more difficult than other jogging strollers like the BOB Rev). It's markedly heavier than the CM and the big wheels make it bulky in the trunk. If you buy the Summit, you'll probably want a small umbrella stroller anyway, so that won't avoid the two stroller situation.
On the other hand, our CM is awesome for traveling, running errands, or going on the train/subway (we have the CM instead of an umbrella stroller). Unlike the PP, I haven't had much trouble with the CM on bumpy sidewalks or flat dirt trails and grass, although the Summit is much better in snow or on anything very uneven. If you lock the front wheel on the CM, it works better on uneven surfaces or snow.
If you're not planning to actually run with a stroller, then it sounds like the City Elite might be a good compromise for you. It has the larger air tires and a lockable front wheel, which make uneven sidewalks and trails easier, but the tires are smaller than the Summit, so it's lighter and easier to fit in the car. I also think it's narrower than the Summit, which would make it easier to maneuver in stores.
We have the Elite (although we obviously haven't gotten a chance to really use it, yet) and we LoVe it! Highly recommended!
We really wanted an all-terrain stroller and this one fit the bill to a T! It's lightweight, compact, super easy one-handed fold, has large lifetime foam tires, and can accommodate a car seat adapter.
Friends of ours have the CM and like that as well, but they went with that model strictly for the size - they have a smaller living space and smaller vehicles, so they needed something more compact.
All-in-all the Elite is just a much smoother ride than the CM, strictly because of it's all-terrain features. So it really just depends on your particular situation and what you plan to do with your stroller.
The BJ site has an awesome comparison chart, if you're into specifics:
