Who Else Gets Worried?

So, who else gets worried when they don't feel their baby move for a day or two? I mean, I know I'm only 23 weeks and he's still little and I'm not going to need to start counting his kicks until I'm about 25, but I still get worried.

Is anyone else feeling like this?

Re: Who Else Gets Worried?

  • Not only when I didn't feel movement, but when anything weird or new happened. What you can do is drink ice cold water and lay on your side. Sugary stuff helps a lot, as well. When my LO wasn't moving much earlier this week (I'm guessing he was facing inwards, cause I still felt little movements and wiggles but nothing large) I ate about 25 cherries and drank a liter of water and it helped a lot.

  • I feel the same way. LO was moving like crazy yesterday, but today I'm not feeling very much and it makes me worried. I also worry when anything different happens to my body because I don't know if it is normal or not. I had no idea pregnancy was to taxing on your nerves!

  • Me!  I have my a/s tomorrow and was so emotional last night because I felt my LO move on Friday and Saturday but not at all on Sunday or Monday.  I get nervous enough before these appointments, but not feeling him for a couple days made it even worse.  He must have sensed it somehow though because he kicked for me this morning and put me back at ease Smile

This! I totally know what you're saying. I get all shaken up before every appointment, freaking out thinking "What if there's bad news...?!" I drive my poor DH craazzyyyyy. It was even worse before I could feel him moving around in there.

My LO just eased my worries though. He kicked so hard I saw my stomach jump. O.o He's never done THAT before.
