So, my best friend thought it was OK to post a photo of her and I right after my IVF transfer to FB. I have work clients that I am "friends" w/ on FB. Not what I want people seeing (hospital gown, hair net, drugged up, etc). And not to mention.....most people on FB don't even know we went through IVF!!! Ugh - she took it down, but it completely irritates me. She has a habit of posting photos where she thinks she looks nice, even at the expense of other people. Ugh. Vent over :) Thanks for listening!
TTC since 8/09
DX: PCO, ENDO, High NK, MTHFR
8/10 = Lap to remove Endo

2 Femara TI, 3 Follistim IUI = BFN & 1 c/p
IVF #1 - BFP - boy/girl Twins!

    Wow - that REALLY crosses the line. You don't post pictures of other people after their medical procedures - ever! What a weirdo.

    It never ceases to amaze me how some people cannot identify what is basic, appropriate behavior, and what is not.

    I questioned if I was just being too sensitive, but I just did not feel comfortable with it. I really don't understand it. Unfortunately, we have not seen eye to eye on a number of things lately.
    TTC since 8/09

    I would be sooo mad. I can't believe she would do that.
    TTC #1 since October 2008. Dealing with MFI.
    IVF #1 w ICSI in July 2010 = BFN
    IVF #2.1 in Oct 2010 converted to IUI = BFN
    IVF #2.2 w ICSI in Dec 2010 = BFN
    Met with new RE in new city on 1/31/11.
    IVF #3 w ICSI in April 2011. HPT on 5/9 = BFP!
    Beta #1 on 5/10 (10dp5dt) = 99.4. Beta #2 on 5/12 = 284. First u/s on 5/26. = Fraternal TWINS!
    Twin boys born & lost on 8/16/11 at 18w1d due to PPROM & preterm labor.
    IVF #4.1 in Jan 2012 converted to IUI on 1/7/12 = BFN
    IVF #4.2 w ICSI in Feb 2012. Lupron on 2/10. Stims on 2/18. ER on 2/29- 7R,6F
    ET scheduled for 3/5/12- nothing to transfer :(
    Dh seeing new MFI uro & Dh starting meds- June 2012.
    IVF #5 in Dec 2012 = BFFN.
    IVF #6 planned for Spring 2013. Praying for our take home baby/ies.
    **P/SAIF and P/SAL always welcome!**

    ew, that is SO annoying! some ppl just don't get it.

    i consider *everything* i post on FB to be public record, since FB is always changing privacy setting rules.

    Wow!!  That really crosses a line.  I'm sorry you had to deal with that! 

    Diagnosed PCOS 2/07, TTC #1 since 8/09
    11/10 - Clomid Round 1 = BFN
    12/10 - Clomid Round 2 = BFN
    1/11 - Voluntary Break = BFN (duh)
    2/11 - Clomid Round 3 = BFN
    3/11 - Femara + IUI = BFP * Beta#1=56 * Beta#2=266

    Me too -- i don't trust FB w/ their privacy issues!
