It was pretty quick. I noticed a decrease in the eczema and nasal congestion within the first few days. DD stopped spitting up, cramping up and having GI issues within the first week. It seriously made G a whole new happy child!

This. I noticed an immediate change in LO when we switched to Nutramigen from BF for his milk/soy protein allergy. The stools change was within a week or so, although they tell you to give it two weeks.

Our pedi said a couple weeks for full effects, but we noticed an improvement in gassiness and general discomfort within a couple days. Now at 2 1/2 weeks on Neocate he's a completely different baby - sleeping better, less spit up, almost no gas, mucus is gone, etc.
Thanks for the replies! DS has been on it since Friday, and although he seems a bit more smiley, I think his stomach is still bit of a mess. He is still spitting up quite a bit and seems uncomfortable with gas at times. He also seems constipated. Wondering if he needs something else or different reflux meds. So frustrating...
