Question from T-TTC re: endo lining

Hi PAIF-ers,

I post over on the 3T C board, but have a quick question for you:

Did any of you conceive with thinner than normal uterine lining? 

I'm 10 dpiui, and while all other stats (fantastic sperm, good follicles, clear tubes) were good, my lining was pretty thin (almost a 5 on the day I triggered... iui was 36 hours later.)

    I dont want to discourage you... but I always had terrible lining. I never conceived on a thin lining. I got it up to an 8 this winning cycle. I used estrogen suppositories from CD3 on since all other cycles I started the estrogen later and never got it up to par. But I hope you are different!!! Good luck!!

    MIne was only a little over 4 at trigger and that was with estrace and acupuncture, and also after about 22 days of stims. As you can see below I have  an almost 4 month old now, so it is not impossible :) GL!

    Married in 2/2006, TTC since 3/09 with Endo stage 4(DX 1999) and PCO (DX 2010), DEC, LAP and 2 rounds of Depo Lupron

    • 2/10: IUI #1: Clomid 100mg= BFN
    • 3/10- 5/10: IUI #2 Clomid 150mg; IUI #2.2: gonalf, lupron; IUI #2.3: 2 rounds of 5mg Femara=All cancelled for nonresponse
    • 6/10 -IUI#2.4: gonalf, ganirelix, estrace, ovidrel, endometrium- early M/C
    • 8/10- IUI #3: gonalf, ganirelix, ovidrel, estrace, endometrium, lovenox, hcg boosters= BFP;  Beta#1=179, Beta#2= 360, Beta#3=1775; 1 perfect little HB!

    My one ovulatory Clomid cycle I had a thin lining at about 5.9 and I didn't conceive. I switched after that and had no lining issues. Two cycles later I got KU. My RE did say he isn't super worried until your lining gets down to like 3.
