So many poops = Diaper Rash?

DD poops sooo much. I change after 5-10 minutes of her first fart, but am wondering if the frequent doiled diapers from bf lead to diaper rashes.

    I think it might.  My DD goes all.the.time, and needs it changed ASAP, so some poos take up 3 diapers.  Her bum was a little red yesterday, so we put butt paste on at every change & today it's back to normal.

    Yeah, DD has 1-3 diapers from each feeding.  Most times it's a tiny dot but still, I worry about her getting a rash.

    If you change her as soon as you know she's soiled and use Desitin or another barrier cream every change she should be fine.  And they go less soon!  LO would go during and then after every feeding for the first few weeks, I think around 2 months he was down to 4 poops a day (a huge improvement over 8-10!).

    He's pooped once a day since he was about 4 months old.

    Definitely, just put some cream on, that should help.
