Thanks, ladies .. unfortunately it's not good news. Empty sac ... looks like a blighted ovum. RE is out until Monday so I see him Monday morning for confirmation but I don't see this going any other way at this point.

Thank you for the thoughts and prayers. We have 2 frozen so I assume we'll transfer those in time. In the mean time, we're absolutely devastated.

Thank you, ladies.

Of course, it can't be without dramatic flair ... went this morning and all of a sudden we can measure the yolk sac (at 6 weeks 2 days as opposed to 7 weeks 1 day) and a *possible* heartbeat (couldn't determine if it was the machine flickering or an actual heartbeat). We go back Friday for a definitive answer ... although my hcg was up today it didn't go up dramatically (about 4,000 from Friday).

All signs are pointing towards a d&c on Friday.

OMG. You poor thing. I'm assuming your RE doesn't have much hope? What was your HCG on Friday? I'll keep my fingers crossed for you, because that's all I can do. (((HUGS)))

Dip, it was 10,000 (I don't remember the exact) on Friday and it's 14,000 (not sure if it's exact or what) today.

But yup, keep fingers crossed, I guess. I just hate being in limbo. I just want to know one way or the other.

When he measured the yolk sac today I about came off the table ... I'm telling you, there was NOTHING in the sac on Friday.

In the mean time, I've emailed my nurse to know how this is going to go on Friday assuming the worst. Haven't heard back yet.
