So ive been doing the 30 day shred (im only on day 1, since I didnt get all the way thru yesterday) and when she does the crunchs my incisions hurts. Its been 4 1/2 months since mu surgery. Is this normal?
max is 4 months and sometimes my scar hurts as well. For the most part its almost like numb, like its lost its feeling. When Max stands up or sits in my lap sometimes he kicks it and it hurts. I'm not sure if its normal but the few people I talked to that was the norm for them. Eventually its just totally numb. Very weird!

This. Sometimes it hurts, sometimes it doesn't.
It's numb right above the incision. It doesn't feel like it a "OMG, this is serious!" pain, it's just a "this is not comfortable" pain.

FTR, I am on level 2 of 30DS.
One of my friends really rated this to help healing (and therefore soreness): https://www.mamamio.com/us/see-no-scar-solution.html
My daughter is 14 months as of yesterday and my scar is STILL numb in most places. Same for my Bestie, her son is 2 and hers is still numb.
