Swim lessons: Pearland/clearlake area?

Hello Mamas,

I am looking to put my daughter in swim lessons and wondered if anyone has any recs.? I am not impressed with the YMCA lessons I have observed. I am leaning toward the Houston Swim Club which is daily for 2 weeks then you come back for monthly maintenance. 

Do you have any thoughts on those or suggestions for others? My daughter is 34 months old.

    I can't speak necessarily for the Pearland location, but we go to Houston Swim Club in Katy and it is incredible. My daughter is 31 months and after completing her 2 week session on Friday, she can now float independently on her back to the side of the pool and catch on to the side. Her teacher was so kind and gentle and really great with the kids. I am so impressed that we are going to stick with lessons year-round. Since they use the same methods and probably have the same high standards for hiring, I would think the Pearland location would be great, too. I highly recommend them.

    We did lessons at Pearland Houston Swim club and I highly recommend them. We weren't able to do lessons this summer, but we're starting in the spring and continuing year-round so she can really learn to swim.

    We love Mr Chris at Houston Swim Club in Pearland.  He is a fantastic teacher, I recommend the lessons there highly.
