Nervous

I'm starting a new job today! And I'm 20 weeks pregnant. I'm confident I'll be one of the best they've ever seen as this is similar to what I did for 2 and a half years in my second to last job, and my old position with a competitor was a lot harder then what this job will entail. I'll be making almost 20 bucks an hour, and the only job I could find in this city before that was 9 bucks an hour so looking forward to more money Big Smile

I don't know what I'm more nervous about, the fact I'm starting a new job at 20 weeks pregnant, or the fact that I already have to ask for some hours off on Thursday for my anatomy scan, or that when I walk into my training class with 10 other people, will they all be like 'Wow, she is knocked up!'. Eek!

Still debating on whether to dress to hide or emphathise the bump, haha.

Wish me luck!

  • It's ok to be nervous, but IMO you should walk in, head held high - knowing that you're going to rock! And emphasize that bump - you're a proud mama!! Good luck
