this car seat? Wanna buy a nice car seat for my baby. But I'm confusing what to buy. So happend to find this one. Looks nice. But I'm not sure it is that good. So what's your opinion? What do u suggest to go with?
Re: Fantastic car seat for my baby?
We have the Britax Boulevard which is very similar and I like it a lot. It's very easy to install and my son is comfortable in it. That seat also has high rear facing limits which is good.
Are you buying for a newborn baby though? Convertible seats like that don't fit most newborns well, making an infant seat safer for them. The convenience of being able to take them in and out of the car in the seat is huge too. Especially since they sleep so much in the beginning. If you're buying for a new baby, I would recommend starting with this infant car seat. Then when your baby outgrows it you can buy the other one.

We just installd our Britax Boulevards last week and love them, I'm still getting used to the release mechanicism though. After doing a lot of online and real life research going with a Britax was a no-brainer for the convertible seat. With that said, it wouldn't have been my first choice for a newborn, an infant seat is so much easier. We had the Chicco Keyfit 30 and really liked it.
This! Buy an infant car seat. I know you want to save the $150, but you'll wish you had one when you have to move/wake your sleeping baby to put him into the stroller or take him into the house. I can't tell you how many times we comes home and just left Max in the seat for 30-45 minutes because he was asleep. Also, I can't imagine putting my 7 pound newborn into a convertible seat. We have a Chicago Keyfit30, and even with the newborn insert my son seemed small in it.
