When did YOU feel movement from the outside?

I think I've been feeling movement for about 2 weeks now, and today I *think* I felt baby from the outside. Doesn't this seem kinda early though for me to feel it from the outside, I am 19w2d? It's also very, very low-- sometimes it's a few inches below my belly button and sometimes it's right below my belly button. Now, I'm starting to think it's just gas and it's not the baby moving around. It feels like little taps and it's usually always in the same area. If I have gas *tmi* it seems that I can hear it or it's moving throughout my stomach. So, this does sound like movement doesn't it? And would it be too early to feel it from the outside?

Sounds like movement to me! Congrats!

I've been feeling movement since about 17-ish weeks. I felt it on the outside a couple weeks ago, too. I don't think that sounds early at all. This is my first, but I'm confident about what it is and isn't. By now, our little girl moves all the time, and I can tell when it is just gas. DH has yet to feel it, but my SIL has, so I know it's not just me.

I started feeling movement from the outside (inconsistently) about 2 weeks ago. DH was able to feel it last Sunday (20 weeks 1 day). So, yes it sounds like movement and no I don't think it would be too early!

I've been feeling what I know is baby since last Sunday. I felt her from the outside on Tuesday or Wednesday. I had a hard time catching my DH around and baby moving at the same time until Friday when he felt her kicking. He even saw her move from the outside yesterday!

Maybe I just didn't realize it was baby until late, but it only took about two days to feel her from outside Congratulations on feeling your LO moving!!

I was almost 18 weeks when I first felt him from the outside. I will say though that by that point, I was more than positive they were kicks since only the big/strong ones I was able to feel on the outside. What I mean to say is when you can feel it on the outside, you definitely know it's baby without a question.

I felt movement inside around 16 weeks, I was able to feel it on the outside at like 19/20 weeks and my hubby just felt it for the first time today at 21w2d!

I started feeling flutters early (around 14 weeks) and I finally felt first kicks on the outside a couple weeks ago at 18 weeks. So it's definitely not to early to feel it! Congrats! it's such an amazing feeling. Isn't it?

I first felt movement from the outside at 18weeks 0 days. Where you are feeling it is where I feel it sometimes too. Its always below my belly button. At 20 weeks I've read that the top of your uterus is level with your belly button, so where your feeling baby is right where it should be.

I felt my first movement from the outside at 20w6d and it freaked me out because I wasn't expecting to feel it quite that early. A couple of days later, I actually SAW the movement - the area below my belly button completely shifted before my eyes. It was really disconcerting, lol.

i have a super active little ugger and i first felt movement at around 17 weeks... and im not a super skinny girl i was shocked!

Definitely sounds like movement. We were able to feel the baby move on the outside at 16 weeks. DH put his head on my tummy and she kicked him right in the cheek. Ever since then, she's been moving like crazy!
