babysitting co-op

not sure if anything like this exists or not, but has anyone heard of a babysitting co-op type of thing? where certain moms would take turns during the week at different times to help each other with part time jobs, mom time, etc?

    I've heard of it... but typically its done with a group of friends, or within a mom's group. Something you might bring up in your next meeting if you're apart of a group like that and see who else is interested in it. But I personally wouldn't agree to it unless I had been apart of the group for a while and knew/trusted the other parents to be alone with my child.
