Need opinions on my dress for a wedding today.

I bought a maternity dress (super cute btw) but its cotton and black...and very summery.  It stops at about where my knees are.  I got it at Motherhood and Maternity.   It's got twisted straps for the shoulders (so I can wear it with a regular bra), and not as fitting as I'd like it to be around the girls.  Don't take me wrong, I am NOT popping out of it, but I might be a little uncomfortable.  Is this dress appropriate?  I am planning on wearing a cardigan with it (also black) but it probably won't stay on all night.  The other two dresses I have to choose from are sort of tight and not maternity.  Thanks for opinions!

MFI, Moving onto IVF-ICSI.
IVF #1 = BFP - sadly a blighted ovum discovered at 7 wks.
D+C 12/7/10.
IVF#2 - ER 3/27. 8 fertilized. ET 4/1; transferred 2 blasts; 2 frosties (total of 3 now)
Beta #1, 4/11 = 291! Beta#2, 4/18 = 2702. Beta #3, 4/25 = 17303.
Ultrasound #1, 4/29 = 1 perfect baby and heartbeat!.
7/21 = a/s! It's a boy!!
Robert Lawrence was born on December 1st at 4:32 am weighing 6lb 3oz, 19.5 inches long and healthy as anything!!

    It sounds ok, could you put a cami under it?  Might make you a little more comfortable.

    Ditto the cami idea...I actually wear a cami every day under everything now b/c inevitably I feel like the girls are going to show...

    I think you should wear the one that is most comfortable. If you're going to wear the cardigan, I think you'll look fine.
