weeks 36 & 37 are unchartered territory for me since i delivered my twins at 35w6days. this appointment included a HIGHLY unpleasant internal check...wow. i think she was in up to her shoulder!!! she said i am now 2-3cm dilated but said nothing about effacement (and i forgot to ask). said baby's head still feels high up.

we scheduled an induction (just in case she remains stubborn) for Aug. 19th! i will finally get to meet this little girl in 2 weeks or less!!!! so excited!

2-3 cm? LUCKY!
Congratulations, that sounds like a really good appointment, even with the nasty, nasty internal exam.

Yeah, I guess you would probably crawl over glass to be 2-3 cm at this point! Sorry Peppernut! Got my fingers crossed for you!
