I've done it in the past but I know they've changed the program a lot. I'm not asking for the details because I know people freak if they think you're (gasp!) trying to work the program without paying haha I just want to hear from real people what the biggest fundamental differences are to you and whether you think it works better or worse than the old program.

Re: Talk to me about Weight Watchers
You get more daily points & more weekly points on the PointsPlus system but some foods are worth more points. Most vegetables & fruits are free.
There is a different way of calculating points, most fruits and veggies are free. Carb type things typically have 1-2 points more then they used to. There is more emphasis on making better food choices, rather then just eating whatever you want and staying in your point range.
I am not on it, but my SIL is and she has lost 20 pounds in about 3 months. She really likes it.

Ditto this. I'm online only so I use my iPhone to track and while I've been not so great with the tracking for the last 6 weeks I've done well. I'm back into the swing of things this week and I'm feeling good again because I think the new program really forces you to make the best (better) food choices than earlier points programs. The GHG are really key for me in that if I don't get them in I can still end up hungry. Also point free fruit is fantastic. Yay morning banana!
