I can really use all the T&P's you can spare. I am so scared. Everything's been going really well with this pregnancy so far. I have an appt this afternoon and I felt like I could breath and relax after this appt if everything was ok. Then last night I had some bleeding. It wasn't a lot, but it was more than spotting. And it was bright red. I called the dr's office and they're just having me take the day off of work and go in to my regular appt today. My dr is in surgery this morning so I can't even move the appt up. So I have to wait until 2:50 this afternoon to determine if everything is ok. Thankfully it only lasted a short time and there hasn't been anymore but I'm so terrified that something's still wrong. This is my miracle baby as it was our last attempt at trying due to the emotional and financial toll the process was taking. I'm not sure how I'm going to make it to this afternoon without completely freaking out. When I find myself getting freaked out again I try to just focus on breathing and so far that's working. Hoping that it will continue to work and that everything's ok this afternoon.
Thank you everyone for all your support. It really got me through today to hear your stories. I am much better now. Baby is doing really well. Waved to us on the ultrasound and then did a real quick somersault. Strong heartbeat as well. Looks like the bleeding was from my cervix and nothing to worry about thank God!! Thanks again for all of your well wishes!!

T&Ps for you!
If it makes you feel any better, the same thing happened to me right around the 12 week mark when I was pregnant with DD. In fact, I had just left a meeting with my boss where I told her I was pregnant, went to the bathroom, and was bleeding. I was freaking out. I called my doctor and they didn't even want to see me unless the bleeding got heavier or I started cramping, and luckily it stopped pretty quickly. I never got an explanation for it, but everything was fine. Good luck to you! I know how scary that is.

I hope all is ok. Waiting is always hard. Hang in there.

If it makes you feel any better, I've been bleeding (more than spotting, less than flowing) since 5 weeks with this pregnancy. My doc told me she thinks it is coming from the cervix as the pg hormones can make your cervix kinda irritable and sensitive.
I had a SCH with Maddie and had bleeding like you described and it resolved itself and everything was fine.
GL. I hope everything is OK at your appointment.
