  Good luck!

  Hubs and I are actually closing on our first home next Friday. I cannot tell you how excited I am to have a house of my own to bring Baby home to in March.

  YAY thats so exciting. Just this week we have had our house for a year and its been one of the best things we have done. There is a wonderful feeling of like wow this is ours. I joke when I make a payment.. only 342 left! Its sounds so much better that 29 years lol. But as others have said this experience will be a roller coaster ride. If you have a let down just remember things happen for a reason. We lost a house we really liked for one we love now so keep an open mind!
