Cold sores on lip-not attractive!

I am prone to getting cold sores usually once a year and sometimes when I'm eating a lot of acidic foods but man, I just got another one on my lower lip and unsure what treatment I could do, I carry around campho-phenique and they dries it up but tends to leave it looking "white" and being around people all day at work is not attractive.

    I am prone to them too - I actually haven't had one in awhile (watch now I'll get one today).  I used to use Abreva, but really I've never found anything that makes that much of a difference.  I tend to always get them smack in the middle of my top lip, which makes my whole mouth look screwed up - def. not pretty.  I hope it goes away fast for you :)
