I just wanted to say a quick hello as I'm new to the Seattle Bump. DH and I are expecting a little boy, our first, at the end of November and live in Renton/Maple Valley.

Just thought I would pop in and say hello since I'm new to the board but not to the Bump.

Yes, it's our first!! It's a bit crazy thinking that this little guy will be here in Nov/Dec! If you don't mind me asking, what hospital are you going with?

I live in Seattle and going to Group Health on Capitol Hill. What about you? We just signed up for the birthing class too! I feel like I've gotten a lot done/prepared for but a lot more to do!

Welcome to the board. Congrats on your pregnancy. If you're interested we do a weekly PG check-in on Mondays. PG and TTC ladies answer weekly questions and it's a place you ask questions as well. Smile

Thanks Katie!! I need to update that pic as I was about 15 weeks then.

Aimee- We're going with the MW Group at Swedish in Ballard. I just signed up for the Bradley classes and start next Wednesday. We're doing a complete remodel of the nursery and I won't get to do any decorating/setup until it's complete. I'm going a bit nuts as I would love to start on the room. We're removing an exterior door from the room, re-framing the wall and installing new windows in the room and siding where the door was.

Sounds like a lot of work but I'm sure it will make the nursery great! I'm also seeing the midwives and so far so good.
