  You could design your own book on some websites. Just kind of copy the stuff in regular baby books and don't put in the stuff that mentions dad.

  I got one at hallmark. It's a 3 ring binder so you can just take out the "dad" pages I think it was like $20

  Lil D's Godfather got us one that has removable pages and it also came with extra pages to insert if needed.  So I removed the Daddy page and put in an extra mommy page.  I believe it is a halmark book.

  I found these online.  I haven't ordered yet so I can't speak towards quality or anything, but at least they have the correct type of pages.

  I just scrapbooked for both of my girls... it's a fun hobby and you control all of the info that goes in. It can get a little time-consuming though...

  MyOwnLittleStory.com is an online baby book that allows you to skip any pages that you want.  Only the pages you choose to publish are included in the printed copy you order.  They even have email reminders for every milestone....and, its a free service.
