First IUI

Had my first IUI 8 days ago and now waiting.  The waiting is torture...
TTC since 2009 started going to RE 5/2011:
Polyp removed/hypothyriod 6/2011
7/2011 IUI#1 w/ 150 Follistim/Ovidrel trigger BFN
8/2011 IUI#2 w/225 Follistim/Ovidrel trigger BFN
10/2011 IUI#3 w/300 Follistim/Ovidrel trigger (BFP)
beta #1: 195 beta#2: 502
7/2013 Back to RE because my uterus is OLD Baby Birthday Ticker Ticker

    Good luck! I so know how you feel. The first week always goes by so quickly (probably because I know I have so long to go that I don't even think about it.) And then the second week is completely ridiculous because I actually starting thinking about it and looking for signs and over analyzing EVERYTHING. I'm sorry I don't have any advice for you to make the waiting period any easier. Some people just try to keep as busy as possible but that never really helped me.
    Me: 31, Dx: Hypothalamic Amenorrhea, Elevated AMH of 18 DH: 34 & borderline morphology issues IUI#1/cycle with Menopur & Novarel = Mild OHSS & BFN IUI#2/cycle with Menopur & Novarel = BFN IVF#1 converted to FET due to moderate OHSS 21 eggs retrieved, 12 mature, 11 fertilized 7 frosties, 6 genetically normal December 5th FET with one perfect blast = BFN FET #2 = early February

    I went through 2 IUI's and none of the 2WW's were easy.

    Hope it goes by quickly for you!

    I completely agree.  The first week is okay, but the second week is the worst.  Good luck to you!!

    Me: 27, DH: 28 TTC since 11/09
    2/10 & 3/10 Clomid 50mg-BFN
    5/10-Lap Surgery for Stage 2 Endo
    3/11-IUI#1 with Follistim and Menopur-developed mild OHSS= BFN
    6/11-IUI#2 with Follistim -developed moderate OHSS= BFN!
    7/11-FSH-11, AMH 1.6
    9/11-ttc naturally with positive thoughts :)
    10/6/11-POSITIVE pregnancy test!!! 15dpo BETA-220
    6/14/2012- Riley Harper arrived!! We love our little girl

    Go for blood test tomorrow.  Don't have a good feeling about it.
