XP- from 9-12 RE Gluten Free moms.

hi ladies. This was the only other board I could think to post this...

One of my besties (also a coworker) has recently been told that she must go completely Gluten free from here on out. Its medically necessary.

This is a huge lifestyle change for her and her family as the kids will also need to go Gluten Free.

So tell me, do you guys have any go to sites for recipes or tips? Or is there a blog that specializes in this?

    there's a ton of info on-line.  Glutenfreegoddess is my current favorite.  A lot of it for her will be trial and error to find new products/recipes she likes.  If she finds some brands that she prefers- a lot of the GF stuff is cheaper through Amazon Subscribe and Save.  (you usually have to purchase a whole case so she'll want to make sure she likes it first)

    yes, there is a ton online.  I would also buy some cookboos by the gluten free gourmet & maybe baby cakes

    also, some new wooden spoons  :)
