One of my furchildren is not fond of very loud storms. Not really the rain, just bad storms and boy did we have one!

She kept me up all night whimpering in her crate. She is not fond of the CIO method :-)

I finally gave in, got up and peed and then took her to LO's room and rocked her until she fell asleep (she is only 10lbs). She loved the extra attention, and I got rid of some of my "mom" guilt for not being able to take her on super long walks lately because of the heat advisory.

Crazy, I know.

Mine woke us up at 5 am to get fed. I guess we weren't good parents this time because we just ignored them and fed them an hour later when DH got up for work.

Sorry about the barf. That is always fun to clean up, especially with the pregnancy aversions.

I had a very similar night. I have a furchild that is terrified of storms and gets sick if he gets too anxious. Last night we had a horrible storm so I had to get him calmed down and back to sleep in order to prevent him from getting sick. It was well worth it though because he is always so sweet!

Ya, Gus eats too fast sometimes... Drive me batty... Normally we keep him confined to the kitchen when he eats so that if he does barf it is on the hardwood... The last couple of months he has been really good so I haven't been locking him in there for about 3 weeks... Yup, that will show me! He has lost my no eating and barfing trust...

I do have to say, the spotbot is the best thing ever... for pets or baby, it makes a stain clean up on carpet 100 times easier..

Our chocolate lab is prepping us too. Every single day this week she's woken between 3:30 and 4:30 to go out and have her breakfast. I try to ignore her but she just sits next the bed panting and itching until one of us gets up. She's driving me batty!

Mine woke me up at 3:30 AM barking in his sleep. He was dreaming and his legs were going like he was running and he was barking. I had to wake him up to get him to stop!

I think Bear is prepping himself! He is more protective(he never barks but now he has this lil growl thing going on when he hears an outside noise) and sometimes he disappears under the babies crib and just hangs out. His new spot is the little throw rug in the babies room. If he gets a treat he likes to eat it there. Strange lil guy!

I know. I can never really get mad at her for being scared. It is the only thing she is scared of and it is not really her fault.

my furbaby has been prepping me since the day I got her. She's so needy and bossy, but so darn cute, I can't get mad at her. I brought her up to my parents yesterday just in case I go into labor in the middle of the night, and i MISS her like crazy already.
