I have a call in to my doctor but haven't heard back. Is Tylenol PM safe to take while breastfeeding? Would it dry up my milk? I didn't see any info on kellymom. If it's not safe is there anything else I can take for insomnia? TIA!

I never did because I won't wake up. Bombs could go off and I'll still be snoring. So, unless DH is willing to wake you up, I'd be nervous.
I did try Benadryl when DD was 17mos and it was a TOTAL FAIL. DD was a complete disaster - I mean screaming, crying, couldn't keep her eyes open, clingy. She is usually such a happy toddler. So, if you decide to take it, monitor LO really closely. I didn't realize that the half-life of some of these drugs is over 8 hours.

Tylenol PM and Benadryl are okay while nursing. They shouldn't affect your supply, but you should still get your doc's okay before taking them. However, if you cosleep do NOT take it.
