Anyone else still waiting on an Sbish order from the sale in May? Is it just me? I've tried to contact them multiple times and have gotten the "we're sorry for the delay, they should be shipping out next week" run around. Now, I can't get them to respond to me at all. I'm starting to get really pissed. I will never order from them again.

Sorry, just needed to vent and see if anyone else is having the same issue.

Otherwise, did you pay through paypal? Is it still within the window to file?

Yeah, it's too late to file. In fact her original proposed shipping date is right at the end of that window. Hmmmm....makes me wonder if that"s a coincidence.

I have had good experience with the CS at SBish, but I agree it was frustrating to wait so long for my order. I got our 6/15 order about a month late.

Have you tried posting on the FB wall?

I got a reply the same day the first time I e-mailed her, but it's been about a week now since I sent the last e-mail and I haven't heard anything. I may have to do this. I'm super bad at being confrontational, but I think it's time to just nut up and do it.

What are you waiting on exactly? Snapless, obf fitteds, flats or wool? There has been so much demand for her products and her sewers are working really hard to get everything out as quickly as possible. I've gotten most of my preorders, but am waiting on some snapless to come in however I'm not in any rush for them. I haven't had any issues communicating with her though. I know sometimes emails go into her spam folder and vice versa. I think if you have tried emailing her and haven't heard back within 48 hours, you should resend it.

Yeah the flats are really delayed and they are literally sold out everywhere so they're in super high demand. They are a ton of people with ISOs for them including myself.

Over 45 days, even with a pre-order is ridiculous. I always wonder at retailers who do that. Just sell what you have in stock, and stop doing pre-orders that you can't fill.

I'm really surprised. She always got back really quickly to me! I had preordered the summer snapped fitteds. I got tired of waiting so she sent me some in stock ones. I'm guessing that more and more people are mad and she can't keep up with it all. It is just her doing all the work. I think she really needs an assistant! I hope you hear from her soon, it's so annoying having to wait forever!

Ok, here's the thing. I know a lot of people don't like pre-orders, but I personally don't mind. I would much rather pre-order diapers and wool and wait 6-8 weeks than stalk once a week and fail every time. There is no guarantee if you really want a stash of TT, DD or Bishes, that you will score a bunch every week and be able to build a stash of them. With Sbish, I can order a 6 pack or two and get them in 2 months in the colors I want and not stress about it every week. Plus her stuff is very reasonably priced for the quality and she has a lot of 20% off sales or buy 5 get 1 free.

She told me she really needs double the amount of sewers that she currently has to keep up with the demand, but it is extremely hard to find qualified seamstresses in the US. Her only other option is to move production overseas and she doesn't want to have to do that. I would imagine those buying her diapers would prefer she keeps them in the US as well but the demand is incredibly high for her diapers.

Try emailing her again. She is very sweet and I have been buying from her for 2+ years now.

This. Only sell what you can make, and close off pre-orders when you take on too much. Its not her customers fault that she's doing it all herself.

Waiting on an order outside of the paypal dispute timeframe is just bad business.
