I took two containers of breast milk out of the freezer on Sunday night and put them in the fridge to thaw thinking my daughter would be home with a sitter then next day. Turns out I have taken her to work with me. It is now Wednesday. Should I dump these containers out or are they okay to give to her today?
Re: How long do you keep thawed breast milk?
After being frozen and thawed, it can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours. Don't refreeze.
