Good first ultrasound!!

I've lost about 5 pounds so far and threw up at the drs office .... But I'm pregnant!! My uterus is really badly tipped back so it was hard to get a clear image, but her best guess is 7 weeks 1 day. I have to go to get another ultrasound at the hospital in a week or so to better date it. And she also said I'm severely dehydrated and if my pee isn't clear by tomorrow to head to the hospital for some iv fluids. And she gave me a zofran script. But yay for healthy baby and heart beat!!!!! Thank you girls for all the t&p!
