Hello, I think you recommended rescue remedy a while back for anxiety and I wanted to ask you about it. I have been somewhat stressed at work lately getting ready for my temp to take over so I ordered some off of amazon. I just wanted to ask -did your doctor say this was okay during pregnancy? Thanks so much!

I always took it prior to pregnancy and was SO happy when my midwife said it was perfectly safe to take while pregnant too. They actually use it during labor if the mom gets anxiety or starts panicking. I hope you like it!

Thanks so much! I will have to remember the labor part too because I tend to get quite anxious when that time comes and maybe it will calm me a bit..

It definitely will! If you get some lavender oil that is REALLY calming too, can rub it into your temples and it just chills you out. DH can tell when I've used it cause my eyes get all squinty and he calls me a stoner lol. Leading up to birth too you can de-stress in a warm bath and put some of the oil drops in the water...

Just wanted to add my two cents in here too! I LOVE rescue remedy! It is EXTREMELY effective on my kids too! Just wanted to put it out there! (I think I started using it around a year or so with both of them). They actually like the taste and even ask for it themselves if they are having an off day and are feeling upset. Just wanted to put that little "seed for thought" out there since you're going to have some in your house anyway!

Speaking of taste.....does it remind you of tequila? Whenever I use some I feel like I need some salt and a lime wedge.

Ok, now I am interested. Particularly since it can be used to help anxiety during labor. I looked on Amazon, but there appear to be 800 varieties. What kind do you use?
