I know it's still early but has anyone begun thinking of names?
Have you and DH agreed on something already?
I'm obsessed with finding another girl name. I don't know why, but it's all that I can think about it. Crazy I know. We have two girls now and I love their names. We have a boy name picked out already. It's the girl names that we are stuck on. Both girls names start with A and we want that for our next one.
Anyone else crazy like me?

We thought this would be so hard but ended up picking out both a girl name and a boy name. The girl name was so hard at first but then it was the first name we agreed on. The boy name I believe holds more importants since a boy usually doesn't change his name when he gets married. I wanted to make sure the boy named flowed really well. I already shared the names with my family and I am getting really good feedback. It's nice to know I have this checked off my list of things to do.

During my last pregnancy my DH and I read through an entire baby name book, and wrote down our favorite names. Before my due date, we went through the names and starred our personal favorites...and agreed on a name if our baby was a red headed boy. Well, he wasn't, so we named him something else (that hadn't even been starred, but it just worked for him!).
This time around I was so excited I got our list from last time, and we read it together, commenting on which ones we like more now. We'll probably go over the list more and add/subtract names. I think we've agree on a girl's name, though the middle name is still undecided.
I love names and think about them a lot, especially when pregnant :-)
We have decided our names - they will all start with B's.
For your A names these are my faves:
Ava
Abby
Asher for a boy
Aleigha
Annabelle
Arabella
Alivia
Hope some or one of these help

We have! If we have a boy the name will some variation of Jack (John, Jack or Jackson) after our Grandfathers.
If we have a girl we have a much harder time..we have been going through lists and we don't seem to see anything we both like. Luckily we both like the same style of names so I have hope that we will agree on something!
Girl A names?

Aurora

Just a few of my faves : )
We are doing the same! My SIL waited until her son was born to tell her parents and even so her father (my FIL) said the name "Hugo" was offensive to his ears! I love the name, it's perfect for him.
For a girl middle name we want an A name. My sister, mom, MIL, and SIL's names all start with A. I came across Aliz and really like it. Sounds good with first and last names too!
I really like the name Amaya too, but I don't think my husband would. We have one girl and one boy name picked out...both are family-related, so it was an easy choice for us. We want more than one child, though, so next time around it might be a little more difficult to choose.
We have both of our names picked out
Simone Lynn & Evan Scott
Lachlan

If our baby's a girl, she will be named Marinda, a combination of our deceased grandmothers' names, Mary and Olinda. A middle name has not been determined, but I like Renee.
We haven't decided on a boy's name but lately we've been considering Wyatt Owen.
We've had a couple of discussions but were having a hard time agreeing.
I am not into naming babies after people at all and that's what my DH wants to do. We'll probably give the baby either his grandmother's or grandfather's first name as a middle name (or if we can agree on this, variations of their names as middle names). The other problem is that he's been leaning towards K names as the baby's first name. Our DS (mine biologically, his via adoption) has a K name. I almost feel that if we have 2 children with K names, any others we have would need to have K names too. I don't want to get stuck with the K name theme for all of our children. Weird, I know. Plus, our last name starts with a K.
Lots of stuff to work out. Lol. For the time being, we've both gone back to our respective corners to compile a list of names that we like. In a few weeks, we'll show each other our lists and start from there.
I'm not too worried though. We'll come up with names that we both absolutely love. And we've got plenty of time to do it.
