Breastfeeding is covered!

I know all of my friends were excited about the pill being covered, but later on it mentions that breastfeeding support, counseling, consultations, and supplies are to be fully covered as well: https://www.hhs.gov/news/press/2011pres/08/20110801b.html

    The info I've seen on the Health Resources & Services Administration website indicates that there will be coverage for the "costs for renting breastfeeding equipment."  I'm trying to find the text in the actual bill/CFR to see if it is truly limited to rental pumps or if it would cover buying a pump (which is often cheaper).

    Also - for most people, I don't think it goes into effect until January 1, 2013 since that is generally when the first new plans will start after August 12, 2012.
