Frustrating! vent

I was a really lazy pumper over the weekend, and now my supply has TANKED! Why is it a day and a half of bad pumping habits leads to a week of make-up pumping? I guess I'm going to have to schedule my weekends around pumping, and not the other way around...

    I know it really sucks...I am recovering from a bad past few weeks of pumping.  We were so busy at work that I felt bad for taking time out of the day and pumping, so I would only pump once.  Well that really backfired and now I am just barely pumping enough for DD.  So I had a talk with my boss and I am coming in a half hour earlier so I can take longer breaks to pump.  It sucks but hopefully my supply will regulate soon.

    Just up your water intake and pump like a madwoman. It will take a few days but it will come back.
