The scary thing, I have them along with the B. Hello Phone attached to DS's carseat with an old paci clip. So he's been playing with it since Christmas, pretty much unsupervised. I'm glad that nothing has happened (to him or any other children)!
Ha. I was planning to buy DS the Toulouse-LapTrec for Christmas or his birthday - we really love B. Toys, we have the Zany Zoo, Parum pum pum, Wheeeee-Is, Fish and Splish, and Wheeeee-mote Control.

As far as other B. toys, I have a lot of confidence in that brand, and I think this is an isolated incident. I will continue to buy their toys because I have never had any other issues.
I couldn't find anything on the website either so I just called the number. Got through to someone right away. She just took my address and told me to throw away the keys we have and that they would send us a new set as soon as they come in. Very good customer service.
Agree with PP. I love this brand and am willing to chalk this up to an isolated incident that they dealt with BEFORE anyone got hurt.

I went to this website, clicked on the envelope on the bottom right corner and wrote and email directed to their customer service.
But it was earlier today, they could now be a little bogged down with emails.

I checked ours and it looks like we have a recalled set. And actually ours has a busted key ring, just like it said it would.
Ours were purchased at Target around Christmas of 2010.
