I have such bad nausea all day...It never goes away, I cant eat, all I have been doing is drinking Ginger Ale...Was wondering if anyone had some tips to help it...I didnt have this with my DS, thank god because I am not feeling this AT ALL!!!
Honestly I'm still trying to figure out exactly how to make it better for myself as well but I have found that keeping something in my stomach at all times actually makes it better. Even if I feel sick and have no appetite I force myself to eat and it does help a little. Sometimes it seems like I'm eating every 15 minutes... I've been eating lots of carbs like bread and crackers.
I just ordered sea bands and preggie pop drops from amazon to try and other women also swear by sucking on peppermints during the day as well which I have yet to try.
Hopefully others will have more suggestions because I am willing to try every. single. one. of them to make myself feel even a little better...
I haven't had any morning sickness yet, but have some stomach issues in the past so I'm pretty familiar with that all day nausea feeling. Ginger candies, chews and tea really help a lot, as with chamomile tea. But its different for everyone... I hope you can find something that works for you!
Thanks Ladies! I know keeping my stomach full at all times is the best, but its soooo hard! I am going to try and get some crackers or something now. I know the ginger helps, but right now I can only get my hands on ginger ale...It actually helps for like 10 mins and then I have to drink more...It just stinks, but its all worth it in the end!
I think having something like animals crackers or teddy grahams to snack on helps. Anything with bubbles, flavored seltzer, caffiene free coke, ginger ale, all help me a little. If I cannot stomach eating anything, a peppermint or an apple jolly rancher will sometimes take the edge off.
I keep a sleeve of crackers at work, which seem to help somewhat with the nausea. The problem then is they leave a terrible taste in my mouth after I eat them, so I'm going to try some other things this week.
