So...  we went for it and bought the combo wet/dry bounce house and slide.

BEST decision ever.

This party was a BLAST!!!!

If you've got a summer birthday kid you may want to consider investing in one of these things.  I found one for $400 and split the cost with my BFF who will be sharing it and already have 2 families who want to rent it from us.   We've already used it 2 times with plans for at least 2 more uses before the summer is over.  We're getting our money's worth out of it for sure!

The kids loved it and it really did make the party for the older set.  The younger ones (2-ish) seemed intimidated by all the bigger kids running around in it and were a bit timid but spent some time in and on it once the bigger kids got busy with the water shooting crayons or inside playing with toys.

 Daddy getting Mommy with a HUGE water balloon.  Over 500 water balloons painstakingly created by Mom and smashed in a water balloon fight that lasted all of 5 minutes.

I've seriously never seen him so excited or so happy.  This was honestly cooler than Christmas for him.... and me too!!!!


Our IF journey: 1 m/c, 1 IVF with only 3 eggs retrieved yielding Dylan and a lost twin, 1 shocker unmedicated BFP resulting in Jace, 3 more unmedicated pregnancies ending in more losses.
Total score: 6 pregnancies, 5 losses, 2 amazing blessings that I'm thankful for every single day.

    We are doing the wet/dry slide too and I'm feeling good about it being such a hit at your party.
