Hey ladies we are finishing up our registry this wednesday and i was wanting to hear what swing, bouncer, breastpump, and bottles everyone registered for?! Also what first aid kit if any did you put on your registry? thanks so much in advance i found this to all be overwhelming with all the brands and choices.
Re: what bouncer, swing, and breastpump (if bf) did you register for
LOL. This. Fisher Price Rainforest Bouncer, Fisher Price My Little Lamb swing, Medela breast pump, and Dr. Brown bottles.
Bouncer as is the jumperoo or the bouncy seat? If you are talking about the jumperoo, we have the Fisher Price Rainforest one and DD absolutely loved it!
We have a Graco swing that matched our travel system and pack n play.
I have a Lansinoh double electric and it worked/s fantastic for me.
I've decided to go with the graco sweet peace instead of a seperate swing and bouncer. I like that you can pull out the carrier and the way it swings (kind of side to side in an arc like you would) and that it has activity type things as well. I'll be trying the avent isis (manual) pump because I only want it if I'm going to be away from the baby and avent bottles. You never really know if the baby will go for a certain type, but I decded to start off trying the brand that helps reduce colic.
We have the FP Little Lamb swing and bouncer. Although the boucer is a vibrating chair, it doesn't bounce.
We use Nuk bottles.
my read shelf:
Make sure you check with your insurance first, they may have a breast pump program (ours gives a percentage off if you purchase through them and it's the msrp, so no more than the stores).
Bouncer wise, we'll get one from a consignment store and swing wise I'm leaning towards the lovin' hug capri swing that plugs in. I've had major issues with the cradle swings in the past and am not ready to do it again.
I'll only get a manual pump because I stay at home and we're going with the Nuk bottles. They are great for breastfed babies.
