First Family outing

We took our first family outing yesterday LOL Yay grocery store! I wore Emily while DH pushed the cart. She slept the entire time and only fussed a little when I transfered her back to her carseat. The place was empty so there wasn't a crowd. I heart my sleepy wrap though! She was so secure. I have a feeling the stroller isn't going to be getting much use now haha

And E is the calmest baby! She hardly ever cries and we have to wake her at night for her feedings. DH is a little worried that this isn't normal but I figure she is just a calm, laidback baby. What do y'all think? Are your LO's fussy and do they actually cry often? He keeps bringing it up so now I am a little worried too. She was just so early...

    Awww :) The grocery store was one of our first outings, too, and I also wore DD. So neat to be walking around with such a little thing snuggled in there. I remember DD loved the grocery store, too (probably all the sights and whatnot), and we joked that it was because DH and I met at a grocery store. As far as the fussiness, some people just get lucky that way! DD had a tough time with reflux, but once we got that figured out and got her on some meds, she was just a happy, happy baby. She's still a great little kid, sleeps easily (for the most part), friendly and polite.

    Aw, fun! I'm jealous lol, we have a 6-week quarintine before we can take the babies out. I'm glad your outing went well!

    We had that too--I was going crazy by the end of it. Good luck!

     

    And congrats on your first outing! It feels so good to do "normal" parent things like grocery shop doesn't it? I wouldn't worry about the fussing-she's just a happy baby. Enjoy her good attitude!
