homebirth in harford co/bel air area

I'm trying to get information about anyone who has had a homebirth in the Harford Co area. I'm looking for any insight, midwives, and other resources. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

 I have had 2 wonderful, unmedicated births at GBMC, but am looking for a more intimate epxerience this go around and am looking into my options: hospital, birthing center, homebirth.

SAHM to DD (2007) DS (2009), DD (2012), loss #4 (Feb 2017 at 16 wks)

    She had a HB in May and I KNOW she'll love to chat about it.  Her name is Christy and very crunchy.  She's a friend and very knowledgable.

    I actually just met Christy Thurs night. She is friends with Mandy (from piggysacks). She also had a homebirth in Bel Air, so I was going to offer to get the info, but I am pretty sure Christy and Mandy used the same midwife.

Mandy and I have started a birthing circle in Harf Co and we will be having a HBing meeting at some point again. I am more than happy to chat with you about it and give you my MWs name and info. We used the same one and we LOVE her! Also, you can find my birthing circle's page on FB- Harford County Birthing Circle. There are names of HB MWs and doulas on our page in the discussions tab.  =)

    The birthing circle is actually where I met Christy on Wed (had my days confused). The meeting was great!
