We were in Miami this weekend for my grandmothers 80th birthday party. To surprise her we put a picture of our wiggle worms u/s in the card. When she opened it and realized what she was looking at she started crying, she was so happy! Of course, just as expected, she kept telling everyone about her soon to be great grandchild and would show them the u/s.

While I was really happy to share the news I am naturally anxiety ridden by this decision. To top off my anxiety my grandfather ended up in the hospital yesterday with fluid in his lungs. At first he wasn't responding to his Dialysis but it looks like he's making some progress. If you can spare some T&P's for him that would be so appreciated.

    T&P to your grandfather.  I wish him all the best.  I'm sure your grandmother was thrilled by the surprise u/s you gave her.  I understand the anxiety... I'l be the same way when I tell as well.

    Sending lots of T&Ps for your grandfather.  I hope the dialysis does the trick and he recovers quickly. 

    And hurray for making the big announcement.  I know it's nerve-wracking, but it's so exciting too.  ((Big HUGS)) all around.

    Thank you ladies- it looks like he has an infection where his dialysis port is. They have removed it and are now giving him meds to get rid of the infection. Thank you so much for your T&P's!!!!
