11 wks-cramping

We are doing a garage sale next weekend, so I was moving a lot of boxes and "stuff" today.  I hope I didn't over do it.  I've been cramping now for about 3 hours.  Not non stop or debilitating, but def. uncomfortable.

Plz reassure me.  Is this normal?  I'm not having any bleeding, but I'm concerned.

    Are you dehydrated? I cramp sometimes if I forget to drink a bunch of liquids.

    Lay down with a big glass of water and relax!!!!

    Drink and put your feet up. I get cramps when I get dehydrated. Your baby might be complaining. But if you are still concerned, call your dr.

    I'm sorry.  I'm sure it's just from having a busy day.  No spotting is a good sign.  I'd call the doc if it keeps up or if you are still worried!
