any other "LARGE" toddlers hate being in their strollers?

I'm not quite sure if it's because we are still using the stroller portion of our travel system we have had since he was an infant.

But my son absolutely hates being in his stroller. It doesn't sit up all the way and I guess he likes to be straight up and looking around at things.

The umbrella strollers don't have the compartment on the bottom to store all my stuff so we usually use the "big" one.

Do you think it is a size issue or because it's just plain uncomfortable.

My daughter has always been in the 95%, but her issue with strollers is just the fact that she's confined. She'd much rather have the independence of walking herself than be buckled.

We use the travel system stroller as well and he will be happy in it for a short amount of time before getting angry. I think it is just that at this age they are so curious and they know how to get around on their own so they hate being locked down. That is how I feel it is with my son anyway. Crazy kids!

mine doesnt mind being in the stroller as long as we keep moving for her to look at everything. If we stop to long she gets fussy. That and she has to be sitting up strait.

We were using the travel system stroller too and he hated it. we bought a chicco umbrella stroller and its been much better. he still gets fussy sometimes but for the most part if we're moving, he's good

DS is not a fan either. We bring it when we're going somewhere like the zoo, mall, etc that we'll be walking around for a while. About 80% of the time, he will be walking and we use his seat of the double stroller as storage. lol.
