went public!

We just had our second s/n, and saw the hearbeat for the first time! unfortunately, it was still too early to hear one-- I cant wait! with that good news, we went public on facebook! its so nice to finally get to be out in the open with everything!

    yay! congrats!! I am SO looking forward to going public, but thats not for another 3 weeks...which is when i will be able to hear the heartbeat...as long at that appt goes well...Super happy for you!! =)

    :)  Yippee.  We did the same thing.  Posted on facebook right after we heard the heartbeat.  I love getting to tell people now :)  So exciting.  

    Congrats on getting to see that little heart beat :)

    We are waiting to go public after the 1st tri screening ultrasound-- I can't wait.  We heard a heartbeat at 8 weeks and I go again on Thursday for a doc appt so I should hear it on the doppler then, too, but we are very big believers in waiting until after the first tri to tell the masses... I so want to though :)

    Congrats!  We have our second appt next week, and I hope to hear the heartbeat then!  We are waiting for facebook/totally public until we have told all of our close friends.  H is pretty slow (they are mostly on the east coast and we are on the west), because it's hard for him to find time to make the calls.  So hopefully in the next couple of weeks, as we move into the 2nd tri, he gets calling!

    congratulations all! finally sharing the news feels so good!! we made the big announcement at 10 weeks after two ultrasounds & seeing/hearing the heartbeat both times. so much fun!

    We too went public last Tuesday after we heard the HB! It was such a relief. We told on FB via the picture of my step daughter below. Everybody thought it was so cute. It was a perfect picture because we had just got out of the DR office and my husband was looking at the pic and she grabbed it. lol

    I am still nervous to go public. We have our NT Scan and bloodwork results Wednesday so I am thinking after that... I know my siblings and parents all can't wait for it to be announced.
